• All autographs are sent recorded and insured, we package all our autographs in board backed sealed bags and posted in board backed envelopes to make sure that the autograph is received in the same condition as it it was sent.
• As long as the item is returned in the same condition it was sent we offer a full 7 day no quibble returns policy.

• Whilst every effort will be taken to take great care of all your personal items, all personal items are sent in at the owners own risk; Elite Signatures does not accept any liability for any loss or damage caused in any way. If an order goes missing Elite Signatures will refund the item amount excluding postage. If you want to insure your own item then you will need to request that price via email. 
• No shipping will be added to the order at the time placed, once the item has been returned to you an email will be sent informing of return cost. This will need paying via the instructions on the email within 48hrs,
